My name is Ashley. I am from Pompano Beach, FL. I began my fitness journey in 2017 to help deal with anxiety and depression. My journey hasn't been linear due to ups and downs but it has been rewarding and life changing. I came up with the name "Driven 2 Conquer" because it meant overcoming any challenges that life throws at you and staying determined to succeed in times of adversity. I am currently a licensed physical therapist assistant, licensed notary, and certified CPR instructor. In the near future, I plan to become recertified in personal training and group training as well as in other specialties to help others along their fitness journey.
